Typically, a SALES NEGOTIATOR will take your details (name, address, contact details) and listen to find out what you are exactly looking for in your next property, be it a bigger house, smaller flat, investment property, holiday home, price range and so on. The more information we know the easier it is to find you that perfect property. You will then keep in regular contact updating you with new properties that come to the market that we think could suit your needs.

If you are selling your property then a VALUATION MANAGER will take down your personal details and arrange to visit your home for a market appraisal. We always ask for 1 hour to be set aside so we can have a good look at the property and value it, sharing with you how and why the price we have told you is correct in our opinion, and then discuss with you your needs and requirements. Once the property is being marketed by us regular communication will be made with you each week, at your convenience to discuss progress.
