Following the latest relaxation of Covid restrictions, we have decided to amend our company policy to continue to protect our staff and clients.
Therefore from Monday 19th July 2021, visitors will be welcome in our office with or without a face mask. However we will be asking that face masks are still worn on viewings.
It is our company policy that we will arrive at the viewing with a face covering on. We will not be providing masks, but despite the relaxation of restrictions we recommend any viewer wear their own mask when viewing a property.
(Some of our vendors may insist upon this, so we are requesting all viewers check with a Personal Agent representative before viewing).
With immediate effect there will be no restrictions on the number of adults or Children viewing but all children must be fully supervised by their parent or guardian.
In addition we will still only be carrying out ‘proceedable’ viewings (e.g. Nothing to Sell / Under Offer etc).
Viewings can now take longer than 15 minutes where necessary, but should not exceed 30 minutes in line with our normal policy.
Anyone presenting any COVID-19 symptoms even a cough, will be asked to rearrange their viewing until they have had a negative PCR test.
The Personal Agent reserve the right to refuse any person entry to view a property.
