We are pleased to introduce our new Epsom Town neighbourhood watch page, containing an interactive postcode map of Epsom, as well as informative data collected by The Personal Agent from Epsom residents about life in the town.
Both prospective and current property owners will find the map useful, as it provides information about the population, the number of households and travel times to Epsom station for every postcode. The latter makes it a very handy resource for commuters, looking to take advantage of Epsom’s easily accessible routes into London.
The map is supplemented by information gathered by a survey distributed by The Personal Agent to Epsom residents earlier this year. The data is unique to us and contains feedback from hundreds of local people.
The survey found that the vast majority of Epsom residents have a positive view of their town, with 58% of respondents saying that they were very happy with their neighbourhood overall. A further 40% describe themselves as satisfied with their neighbourhood, leaving just 2% unsatisfied. On top of this, the survey demonstrates how locals are pleased with many areas of life in Epsom, namely activities for kids, community events, pubs, restaurants, shops and parks.
The map and survey are part of a movement by The Personal Agent towards a greater wealth of information about Epsom to inform and assure prospective buyers about the local area before moving.
In order to achieve this, the information will be updated each year to build up a clear and comprehensive picture of the direction Epsom is moving in, and how the standards of living and the way of life in the area are changing.
For those of you who have participated in our survey, carried out in 2017, we want to offer our sincere gratitude for the help and support!
