UPDATED COVID POLICY

UPDATED COVID POLICY– MAY 2021

Following the latest relaxation of Covid rules, we have decided to amend our company policy in line with other retail businesses.

Therefore, from Monday 17th May 2021, visitors will no longer need an appointment to enter the office. However, face masks must be worn whilst in the office; all staff will wear a face mask when there is a visitor in the office.

Viewings

With immediate effect we will be allowing any applicants with Children to view properties. However, children must remain close to their parents or guardians and be encouraged not to touch anything.

Gloves and masks will still be required on all viewings.

The head count per viewing should not exceed 4 in total and should still be from the same household.

In addition we will still only be carrying out ‘proceedable’ viewings (e.g. Nothing to Sell / Under Offer etc).

Viewings can now take longer than 15 minutes where necessary, but should not exceed 30 minutes in line with normal policy.

Social distancing should still be observed.

If you are presenting any COVID-19 symptoms including a cough, please rearrange your viewing/do not visit our offices.

We still reserve the right to refuse entry
